Fortress St. Michael
Fortress St. Michael rises on the seventy meters high stone hill. It was built from the 15th to 17th centuries of white ashlar stone and occupies an area of 2600 m2. Archaeological research has discovered the remains of architecture and an abundance of cultural and historical material from the period of the Venetian times, but there were also found the remains of the material culture of the Iron Age of prehistory.
