The incredible view of the town of Sibenik is one of the most important attractions on the Promenade, newly built in Sibenik bay. The possibility of panoramic view of the entire city stretches from several locations. Given its proximity to the city center and connectivity by sea, walking through the St. Anthony promenade can be considered as part of the tourist offer of the city itself.

The Barone Fortress is located southeast of the St. John’s fortress on a somewhat lower height. Since it was built in the same year as St. John’s Fortress it significantly contributed to blocking the Turkish attack on Šibenik.
